Crystaline Photography and Video offers an Open Air Photo-Booth Experience for Events!
Here's why you will love our photo-booth: 1.) It's an open air booth so you can fit as many people as you'd like into the frame of the photo!
2.) Since it's an open air system it can also be put into an incredibly small space. If you would like us to use a backdrop with it as well then we need approx. 10'x10' area to set that up. You're also welcome to create your own backdrop to fit a specialized theme if you want!
3.) Flash Portrait Studio Lighting means that the quality of your photos will be excellent, capturing all the lovely details that make a photo so special. (this was highly important to us having been in the photography industry for 20+ years!)
4.) Flat Touch Screen Monitor that prompts you when it's ready to take the image. Along with a real person attendant to help with any issues.
5.) The ability for guests to take photos and download the digital images for their own use. All of the digital images taken will be available online to download after the event for you and all your guests.
6.)All packages include a printing option that prints 2"x6" prints instantly on site so your guests have a favor to take home. And we can customize each event template with names, dates, colors, and more to match your event theme.
7.) Due to the electrical components, weather, etc. we will not book our photo-booth for outdoor events. We must have an indoor space (4 walls, roof and electricity!) to set-up and provide services. (tents are not sufficient, we already went through damage repair from one tented event due to a wind storm, sorry.)

DETAILS & EXTRAS
-All Packages include free delivery, set-up and breakdown within a 60 mile radius of Denver. Distances beyond this may require a travel fee that varies depending on distance, timing and date of your event.
-Set-up time is 90 minutes prior to your contracted start time and is not held against your booth use time. If you should need us to set-up earlier than 90 minutes prior to booth operation start time there will be a $50 an hour fee for idle time.
-Booth operation/use time beyond the time in your package is $100 per an hour and is also due at the time of your event. If we are requested to stay past contracted end time this amount must be paid in full before your digital images will be provided to you.
- Idle time is any time that the booth is set up, but closed for operation outside of the planned and included set-up and breakdown time. For instance, we can close the booth during dinner and or toast times if you prefer guests to be seated and not using the booth during those events. The idle time rate is $50 per an hour as we are still present at the event, but the booth is not operating. This allows the paid operating time to be broken up and go later.
- A 50% Retainer Deposit is required at contract signing to reserve the booth and it is non-refundable. The remaining amount is due two weeks before the event. Should our booth be requested to operate later extra time will be billed the day of the event and must be paid before digitals are released.
